A form field is an area on a web page or in a document where you can enter information or make a selection.

Common examples of form fields include:

β€’ Text boxes for typing your name or email address

β€’ Checkboxes you can check or uncheck

β€’ Drop-down lists for selecting an item from a menu

β€’ Buttons to submit or reset the form

Form fields are used in online forms, such as sign-up pages, contact forms, and surveys, to collect information from you. With JAWS, you can quickly find and move between these fields to fill out forms efficiently.
