When you install a new version of ZoomText, the Startup Wizard opens automatically to help you get set up.
In the May update of ZoomText 2025, we’ve added easy-to-use pages where you can choose your magnification, visual enhancements, and speech settings.
You can also open the Startup Wizard anytime by going to the ZoomText menu and choosing Preferences > Startup Wizard.
In the Magnification and Visual Enhancements page, you can set the zoom level, choose a color enhancements scheme, and enable Live Text View.
In the Speech Settings page, you can turn on Voice Assistant, speech output, mouse echo, and keyboard (typing) echo.
