The Office Quick Access Toolbar usually sits above the Ribbon and shows Ribbon commands you regularly use.
You can choose the Ribbon items you wish to appear in the Quick Access Toolbar by selecting the item in the Ribbon and then from the context menu choosing “Add to Quick Access Toolbar”.
Office makes it possible for you to access the Quick Access Toolbar using the keyboard, but you can also view and click items on the Quick Access Toolbar using a SuperNova Item Finder Custom List.
To do this , press CAPS LOCK + Q.
