When using an app or navigating a web page, there may be times when the screen content changes but JAWS does not automatically announce the new information.
This can occur when content is updated on the screen or when you visit a new web page.
When this occurs, press INSERT+ESC if using desktop layout, or CAPS LOCK+ESC if using laptop layout to refresh the screen so JAWS will speak the currently displayed content.
