It is public knowledge that we do not reserve Sponsorship Packages for anyone. All packages are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. In short, a package must be paid for in order to be removed from availability.
Many, many companies and organizations have processes in place that they must adhere to in engaging outside marketing contracts. Which is what a Sponsorship Package really is. This often involves saying “yes” to an engagement long before payment is approved and applied to secure said engagement.
While we understand and respect that companies and organizations must set policy, so too must we. Therefore, I just want to state once again, that no package may be deemed “secured” until it has been paid for. Verbal confirmation is not enough to hold a package.

If / when all 24 Top Tech Tidbits Sponsorship Packages are secured, we will begin a waiting list once again. Future Sponsors can join the waiting list to receive a Sponsorship Package the next time an existing Sponsor decides not to renew.
