Top Tech Tidbits Publisher Updates for July 28th 2022

Updates below for all members of the Tidbits community. These are general updates for the week of July 28th 2022.

1.) New Publisher Updates Section Now Available on the Top Tech Tidbits Website

As the Top Tech Tidbits publication has grown these “Publisher Updates” have become crucial to keeping all Sponsors, Supporters, Premium Subscribers and Readers informed about ongoing updates and changes to the publication. So much so that we have decided to place them within their own section of the Top Tech Tidbits website titled “Publisher Updates.” In the past they could be found on the “News” page, and they will remain there, but if you just need to catch up on what’s going on with the Publication and don’t have time to sift through all of the items on the “News” page to find them, this should be a real time saver. We know your time is precious. That’s why we want to make it as easy as possible to keep you informed about updates and new opportunities that you could potentially benefit from. So if you think you might have missed any of the recent updates, you can now catch up quickly on the new “Publisher Updates” page of the Top Tech Tidbits website.

2.) Top Tech Tidbits Now Offers Submission Forms To Content Contributors For All Sections of the Newsletter

As of this issue, published July 28th 2022, the Top Tech Tidbits newsletter now offers submission forms to content contributors for all sections of the newsletter. This was somewhat hit or miss before with some newsletter sections having submission forms while others did not. It took us some time to bring all of the sections into alignment but I am very happy to report that we have done so as of this communication and each section of the Top Tech Tidbits newsletter now has an accompanying submission form for use by content contributors. In addition, a link to each of these new submission forms is now included just below the title of each section within the newsletter. Making them much easier to find. They can also be found on the Top Tech Tidbits website, alphabetically by name, within the main menu, or on a new page of the website titled, “Forms.” Here you will find an alphabetical list of all submission forms for each section of the newsletter. Please note that at some point in the future we will very likely need to require that ALL content contributors use these forms. Why? Because we can process (review, approve and publish) submissions received via these forms much faster than those that we receive via email. I know that email is easier and faster for many of you so we are going to hold on to this for as long as we can. But there will come a day. I’m so sorry. It’s ultimately inevitable for the amount of time that it will save the publication. So if you want to get used to them now, I encourage you to do so. We take extra effort to make these forms as short as possible while still gathering the required information for each submission. If you currently submit a Podcast Episode, a Survey, a Tidbit, a Press Release or Other News Item or a Webinar / Training Course you can now do so using these forms.

3.) Calendar for Advertisers Updated To Include Usage Information

Prior to this update clicking “Calendar for Advertisers” within the main menu of the Top Tech Tidbits website took you directly to the public Google Calendar which shows sponsors what dates are still available to secure Featured Advertisements. This is no longer the case. We have updated this link to direct you to a page on the Top Tech Tidbits website which not only presents the Sponsor Calendar itself, but also some newly updated information on how to use it. It is our sincerest hope that both current and future sponsors will find this information useful in securing their Featured Advertisement dates.

Cheers,
